We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities, helping guests to make the most of their stay
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and use communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease

Requirements:
