About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Attendant at Panthers Port Macquarie.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive experience at our club.
  • Bar Service: Serve drinks, collect glasses, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Food and Beverage Replenishment: Effectively replenish food and beverage products to meet customer demand.
  • Café Duties: Provide barista and drink service, prepare food, and maintain a clean and welcoming café environment.
  • Gaming Duties: Provide service, operate cash desks, and manage TAB and Keno operations.
  • Functions and Events: Assist with functions and events as required, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • General Cleaning: Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Communication and Customer Service Skills: Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Work Ethic and Teamwork: A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment, as well as autonomously.
  • Personal Grooming: A high standard of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Certifications: RSA/RCG and TAB Corp basics Certificates.
  • Cash Handling and Computer Skills: A history of accurate and efficient cash handling, and basic computer skills.
