About the Role
Port Macquarie Panthers are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Attendant. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive experience at the club.
- Assist with bar service, glass collection, and replenishment of food and beverage products.
- Contribute to café duties, including barista and drink service, food preparation, and cash handling.
- Support gaming duties, such as service, cash desk, TAB, and Keno operations.
- Participate in functions and events as required, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain a high standard of personal grooming.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
- High standard of personal grooming and ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and think critically.
- Basic computer skills and a history of accurate and efficient cash handling are essential.
- RSA/RCG and TAB Corp basics Certificates are required.
