Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at S2M Digital Recruitment. This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Email and CRM Marketer. The successful candidate will take the lead in managing email marketing campaigns, leveraging customer data to build loyalty programs, and driving customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to boost lead nurturing, conversion rates, and cart size.
  • Design visually appealing email templates and engaging content.
  • Create a content roadmap for ongoing engagement through email and SMS.
  • Implement advanced automations and optimized flow strategies.
  • Segment customer lists for personalized messaging based on behaviour and demographics.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates).
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team for photoshoots and email visuals.
  • Stay current with email marketing trends and best practices.
  • Manage and evolve the loyalty program to maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, including automation.
  • Must have expertise in the Klaviyo and Shopify platforms.
  • Background in optimizing email flows for e-commerce, ideally in beauty or apparel or similar.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva for rolling out emails.
  • Certification in Email Marketing or CRM is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
