About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Email Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual marketing plans, detailing marketing activities and developing long-term marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions
  • Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns
  • Manage all display activities, content creation, monitoring, promotion, and advertising
  • Develop and manage digital content
  • Provide market research, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Manage all websites and CMS platforms
  • Liaise with legal and security teams to ensure requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date with current marketing trends and identify opportunities for Pickles to improve their marketing
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years' digital marketing experience
  • Campaign management experience
  • Copywriting skills ideal (blogs, social copy, short/long copy)
  • Email marketing experience
  • Experience in creating engaging content across social media
  • Project management skills: planning, organizing, meeting deadlines, multitasking
  • Interest in analytics
  • Ability to analyze and report on marketing campaign results
