Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role offers flexibility, with 1 day a week in office and 4 days remote.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using email marketing tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, and will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing cold email campaigns. You should have strong copywriting skills and be comfortable with data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage cold email campaigns targeting industrial clients across Australia.
  • Craft personalised, high-converting email copy.
  • Optimise campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Manage and segment lead lists for accurate targeting.
  • Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices to ensure high deliverability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold email marketing and B2B lead generation.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Strong copywriting and campaign optimisation skills.
  • Familiarity with Australian markets and email deliverability practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC is a plus).
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

Remote Flexibility: Work remotely 4 days a week, with 1 day in our Sydney office.
