
Global Business Development Manager

The Australian division is undergoing strategic growth and seeks a bilingual leader to enhance market development and drive associate engagement.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth in the Australian market.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Market Development team.
- Identify and support emerging leaders through tailored coaching and development.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs and roadshows for associates at all levels.
- Oversee recognition programs including awards, incentive trips, and celebratory events.
- Manage onboarding processes in collaboration with marketing and HQ teams.
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with associates and keep them aligned with company goals.
- Analyse competitor trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at local and international events, including weekends and evenings.
Key qualifications:
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or health sciences.
- At least 8 years of sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used in marketing and development.
- Confident, motivated, and team-oriented with a positive outlook.
