As a Business Development Manager at Jaybro, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and drive business success. The role will also include immersing yourself in Jaybro's Culture and embodying our core values in every aspect of your work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to accelerate customer engagement and drive growth
- Own and drive the region from a business development perspective and over deliver
- Develop and execute regional business plans
- Build a great understanding of all products and product categories to drive customer growth
- Opportunity management and collaboration with the broader team
- Generate leads and drive new business
- Continuously drive to increase sales by understanding and responding to customer needs
- Create strategies for expanding the company's customer base and market presence
- Collaborate with the marketing department to generate effective marketing campaigns
- Identify potential customers and decision-makers within the target market
- Report on sales activities and budgetary requirements
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions
Requirements
- Preferred experience selling to the construction industry
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and influential relationships
- Good commercial awareness with a passion and drive to succeed
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results
- Self-motivated, driven and familiar with remote working condition
- Time management & organisational skills
