Job Overview

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping a connected, high-performance culture as the business continues to grow. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you'll drive people strategies that align with our objectives, strengthen engagement, and enhance the employee experience at every level.

  • Lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking people strategy that supports our growth objectives while elevating the overall employee experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding workforce planning and people-driven decision-making across Head Office, Retail, and Warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and deliver a people strategy that supports our growth objectives and elevates the overall employee experience.
    • Partner with senior leadership to guide workforce planning and people-driven decision-making across Head Office, Retail, and Warehouse teams.
  • Talent Management & Employee Engagement:
    • Design and implement people initiatives that strengthen engagement, foster inclusion, and reflect our purpose-led, values-driven culture.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure recruitment and talent strategies are scalable and aligned across Retail and Head Office.
  • Operational HR & Compliance:
    • Oversee HR policy development and execution, ensuring it's compliant, scalable, and consistent with our culture and tone.
    • Maintain accurate and insightful reporting around workforce planning, turnover, engagement, compliance, and people analytics.

About You:

  • You have an HR degree or equivalent qualification.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, training, development, and strategy implementation.
  • You have proven experience in retail and head office environments.
  • You have strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.
