Key Responsibilities- Coordinate our workflow process, ensuring all projects progress smoothly through each phase.
- Support resource planning across our creative and strategy teams.
- Work with our senior operations team to prioritise work, manage timelines and enhance agency efficiencies.
- Review and approve project schedules, ensuring time frames are met and any changes are promptly communicated to relevant teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a creative advertising agency or equivalent, be highly organised and calm under pressure, and possess strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in a Traffic / Project Management / Account service role.
- Highly organised and calm under pressure.
- Strong communicator - you're a natural with both people and processes.
