Job Title: Senior Evening Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an individual to join our operations team in a senior role for after-hours duties.

The Role
  • Oversee building security and safety; conduct regular perimeter checks and address issues or emergencies as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping, payment processing, audits, and reporting.
  • Manage incidents during evening shifts, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Provide support to residents as a point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
  • Respond to residents' calls regarding noise disturbances or lockouts.
  • Attend mandatory training and staff meetings as required.

Mandatory Requirements
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
