About The Role

As our Senior Operations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of custom and complex learning and development programs to our corporate clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality training experiences. You'll also support, coach, and guide our delivery operations team—mentoring them to achieve service delivery targets while acting as a key point of escalation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee complex or bespoke client training programs from planning through to delivery
  • Act as a senior advisor and escalation point across delivery and client success functions
  • Coach and support operations team members to build capability and performance
  • Ensure all key project milestones and deliverables are met within budget and timelines
  • Drive customer success by building strong client relationships and managing expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimise operational processes
  • Lead post-sale client interactions and support onboarding and implementation
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and provide input on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support internal onboarding and process training sessions for the delivery team
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of SOPs and automation initiatives
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar operations, project coordination, or client delivery role
  • Proven experience leading or supporting cross-functional delivery teams
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of business
  • Strong administrative and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
  • Passion for customer success and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level preferred)
  • Background in L&D or professional services is highly desirable
