Senior Operations Coordinator

We seek a seasoned Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee our day-to-day operations and drive business growth.

  • Lead cross-functional teams of dental professionals, therapists, receptionists, and assistants to achieve operational excellence.
  • Maintain administrative efficiency and ensure seamless clinic operations through strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement patient care initiatives, optimizing scheduling appointments and appointment coordination.
  • Promote exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with patients and fostering loyalty.
  • Cultivate staff training and development, prioritizing ongoing professional growth and improvement.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A minimum of Certificate III or higher in Dental Assisting, with relevant industry experience.
