About Our Opportunity
The Technical Account Manager role involves developing relationships with clients in Victoria and South Australia to maintain and grow sales opportunities.
This position requires regular face-to-face interactions with clients, providing technical advice and support on products and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand our distribution network throughout Victoria and South Australia.
- Travel throughout Victoria and South Australia to maintain existing client relationships and build new ones.
- Create and manage a database of trade and contractors for marketing and product awareness purposes.
- Attend Trade Shows and relevant events across Australia.
- Ensure timely and efficient customer service, including reporting.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service ethics
- Previous experience in the tiling, landscaping, pool building, or drainage industry is highly desirable
- Confidence to initiate sales conversations
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships
- High level of self-motivation and follow-up
- Personable and well-presented individual
