Account Development Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to serve as the principal liaison for our valued clients in the radio communications industry.
Job Description:This role requires a deep understanding of client operational communication needs and business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and cultivating enduring partnerships, overseeing a portfolio of key accounts, and ensuring optimal client satisfaction and loyalty through a thorough understanding of their business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the radio communications industry, specifically clients utilizing advanced two-way radio and telecommunications solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client business needs and our offerings.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and enhanced service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with technical specialists, product teams, and internal departments to deliver tailored solutions and seamless project execution.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any challenges to sustain high levels of customer retention and long-term loyalty.
- Maintain precise and timely account documentation, forecasts, and performance reports utilizing CRM systems to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent us at industry events, client forums, and trade exhibitions to reinforce market presence and client engagement.
Candidate Profile: Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager within the radio communications or telecommunications industry, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with Motorola Solutions portfolio and technologies. Proven success in managing complex accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets through strategic account development and customer retention. Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
