Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting people with disabilities to live their best lives.

  • You will provide support within our Home Service, assisting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Your responsibilities will include daily living tasks such as housekeeping, personal care, and meal planning.
  • You will develop and implement person-centred plans to support individuals to reach their NDIS goals.
  • You will also provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
  • Facilitate community connections through social activities and outings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possession of passion for working with people with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of NDIS and person-centred practice.
  • Experience working in a supported independent living accommodation service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
