- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on day-to-day interactions with users is required.
- Knowledge of management principles and trust accounting is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Experience with Zendesk or Intercom is an advantage, but not necessary.
