Job Title: Trade Partner Advocate

As a Trade Partner Advocate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our trade partners get the most out of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard and train new and renewing customers, demonstrating how to set up profiles, respond to jobs, and utilize features that drive results.

You'll also maintain regular contact with your portfolio of customers, celebrating their successes and proactively addressing any decline in usage. Your goal is to build long-term relationships with our trade partners, rather than just completing tasks.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resilient, and passionate about helping people succeed. They'll have excellent communication skills, be patient, clear, and enthusiastic in showing people how to use features. They'll also be empathetic and calm when handling frustrations, guiding customers toward solutions.
