Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Claims Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers through the claims process, providing accurate and timely information, and ensuring that all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Claims Handling: You will be responsible for handling claims from initial notification to final settlement, ensuring that all necessary documentation is gathered and processed efficiently.
- Customer Communication: You will communicate with customers throughout the claims process, providing updates on the status of their claim and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Policy Administration: You will maintain accurate records of policyholder information, claims history, and other relevant data.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including claims consultants, underwriters, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless communication and efficient claims processing.
- Quality Assurance: You will participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure that claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, communications).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in claims handling, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office applications.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
