About the Role

This position focuses on providing expert support to approximately 800 employees in a dynamic, blue-collar operational environment.

  • Manage employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to managers.
  • Lead employee relations and performance management cases from start to finish.
  • Support and coach managers on various employee lifecycle events.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.

Requirements & Qualifications
