Job Summary

This is a senior-level role focused on showcasing employee relations skills in a fast-paced operational environment.

You will provide comprehensive support to approximately 800 employees and work independently with support from the leadership team.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will join a team that is realigning its operating model to meet business challenges and establish HR fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Managing typical employee relations issues (absenteeism, harassment, bullying) and providing guidance to managers.
  • Handling employee relations and performance management cases from start to finish.
  • Supporting and coaching managers on various lifecycle events.
  • Improving the new hire experience for new employees.
  • Providing comprehensive support to a client group in a fast-paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience operating in a blue-collar environment and be comfortable managing a diverse workforce.

You should be an energetic self-starter, capable of taking initiative and involved in daily operations.
