Blue-Collar HR Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team undergoing realignment to strengthen its organizational structure and provide comprehensive HR support. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will work autonomously with the leadership team to manage typical employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to managers.
You will be responsible for handling employee relations and performance management cases from start to finish, improving the onboarding experience for new employees, and providing extensive HR support in a fast-paced environment.
The Ideal PersonThe successful candidate will have experience operating in blue-collar settings and be comfortable managing a diverse workforce. You should be an energetic self-starter, capable of taking initiative and involved in day-to-day operations.
This is a rewarding role that requires proactive individuals who can adapt quickly to changing situations and establish strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience in blue-collar environments with a track record of handling employee relations and performance management.
- Strong HR advisory skills with the ability to coach managers on HR processes and lifecycle events.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with leadership.
