Ideally, you will have experience across either blue and/or white collar divisions as your desk will see a variety both temp white collar and permanent white and blue collar roles.

This challenging role requires an individual who has the following to add to the team:

- Previous recruitment experience within the blue and/or white collar sectors would be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - assisting in developing both internal and external relationships
- Strong time management and organisational skills - able to work under a pressurised and fast paced environment, as well as the ability to multi-task
- Highly computer literate and ability to learn new systems effectively and efficiently
- Team player who is focused on delivering the end result and achieving
