Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at IIQAF. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including coordinating office activities, managing agendas, and handling correspondence.
  • Bookkeeping and Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Education: High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
