Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Sprint People. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all office operations and supporting a dynamic HR team.

This is a part-time role, working 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) with hours of 10am-3pm. You will be working within a fast-paced, creative environment and will be responsible for managing office systems, procedures, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all office and building facilities management, including monitoring contractors and works being conducted in the building.
  • Utilize an in-house database system to ensure accurate recording of information for the sales teams.
  • Oversee the creation of purchase orders for purchasing and invoicing purposes.
  • Meet and greet all guests, ensuring smooth access to secure areas and providing 5-star customer service.
  • Support with Work Health and Safety initiatives, ensuring a safe workplace at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings for executives, ensuring each space is presentable and ready for the next booking.
  • Maintain company registers, including key fobs, equipment, and staff phone lists.
  • Assist the HR team with company-wide initiatives and general administration.
  • Manage general office coordination, including purchasing stationery and kitchen supplies.
  • Support with both internal and external events, including booking catering and venues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in overseeing the smooth running of an office and understanding the basics of office and facilities management. You will be a born organiser, a natural problem solver, and possess a warm and friendly personality. You will be able to juggle multiple tasks at once and have a fantastic sense of humour.

Experience within a fast-moving office, ideally in the creative or media industry, is highly desirable. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $36-$38 per hour, plus super. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented and dynamic team, and will be supported in your role by a experienced HR team.
