About the Role

Facilities and Operations Manager

The Facilities and Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate Rostrevor College facilities, plant, operations, and future capital projects. They will work proactively and in line with required timelines and legal regulations, ensuring Rostrevor College facilities, grounds, maintenance and operations are operating to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage facilities, plant, and operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to prevent equipment failure and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and oversee capital projects, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize facilities and operations needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
