This position is pivotal in providing comprehensive assistance and overseeing projects related to the department's Asset Management strategies.

ROLE OVERVIEW
⦁ Formulate and oversee asset maintenance strategies, ensuring that property data is current across departmental and governmental systems.
⦁ Sustain property records for both owned and leased locations to fulfill departmental and governmental reporting standards.
⦁ Cultivate strong partnerships with various business divisions, contractors, and stakeholders to execute high-quality accommodation and facilities initiatives.
⦁ Authenticate and process property and facilities invoices for prompt payment.
⦁ Collaborate with the Assets team to assess and implement security protocols for sites.
⦁ Aid in the management of accommodation and property services, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
⦁ Supervise budgets and provide insights to facilitate financial assessments and forecasts.
⦁ Address asset and accommodation inquiries swiftly, ensuring adequate departmental assistance.
⦁ Execute property and accommodation projects to bolster the department's operational objectives.
⦁ Manage asset maintenance agreements and assist site managers in effectively overseeing facilities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
⦁ In-depth knowledge of the property and facilities management sector and pertinent governmental policies.
⦁ Proficient in project management, consultation, and negotiation.
⦁ Capability to maintain precise property records and databases.
⦁ Strong skills in financial oversight and budget management.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid police clearance or be prepared to obtain one promptly. Candidates must be residents of South Australia.
