About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services (Australia). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facilities management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of facilities management services to clients, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with client and ISS standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Management team to develop and implement asset management plans, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Manage and control allocated budgets, ensuring effective financial management and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with ISS and client requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field, with a strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
