
Strategic People Services Leader

The organisation is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead its People Services function, ensuring it aligns with the company's scaling ambitions and global vision.
About the Role- This pivotal role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and requires an experienced professional services, technology, or consulting leader who can drive operational excellence, modernise service delivery, and facilitate scalability as the business expands.
- Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing payroll team with a strong compliance record, supporting reward governance, and overseeing the delivery of HR Services.
- Additional focus areas include HR Services transformation, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to design a tiered service model, digitise core processes, and enhance employee experience in line with business requirements.
- As a seasoned People Services leader, you possess a proven track record of leading high-performing functions, setting direction, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement aligned to organisational growth.
- You bring significant experience in overseeing payroll, remuneration frameworks, and reward governance, as well as a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to drive optimisation, automation, and enhanced workforce experience.
- Furthermore, you have:
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing tiered service models, supported by modern systems and digital enablement.
- Strong data orientation, with attention to detail in reporting, analytics, and compliance to meet Board and Executive expectations.
- A collaborative leadership style with credibility to influence senior leaders.
