About the Role

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with our Training and Development team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to various projects and initiatives.

Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Training and Development projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate databases and spreadsheets for trainee information.
  • Maintain records and monitor database alerts for trainee progression and deadlines.
  • Prepare training history summaries for complex applications.
  • Present training review applications and provide information in committee meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in an education or health administrative setting. You should have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

RANZCP offers a competitive salary package, including up to $78,800 per year, plus benefits such as monthly RDOs, hybrid work options, gifted leave at the end of the year, reduced work hours for full-time employees, and ample training and development opportunities.
