Job Description

This role provides administrative support to various Training and Development initiatives and projects at RANZCP. The key function of this position is to provide high-quality support to ensure the smooth delivery of our training programs.

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in an education or health administrative setting, with a strong understanding of regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate databases and spreadsheets for trainee information
  • Monitoring records and database alerts for trainee progression and deadlines
  • Preparing accurate training history summaries for complex applications
  • Presenting training review applications and providing information in committee meetings
  • Researching and reconciling trainee history, ensuring data accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in an education or health administrative setting
  • Experience in student administration environments and/or relevant experience in dealing with student grievances and complaints, conducting training reviews and audits
  • Experience in project structures and delivery
  • Understanding of the application of regulations, policies, and procedures, and implications of non-compliance
