About the Opportunity

As a Training and Competency Specialist with CPB Contractors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our people are trained, qualified, and competent to deliver the Suburban Rail Loop.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience, particularly in training, and excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

We are seeking someone with a high level of personal organization skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Previous experience using training management systems is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Training team to ensure seamless delivery of internal training programs.
  • Coordinate the currency of project training systems, including personnel records, online bookings, training skills matrix, and e-learning modules.
  • Ensure individuals participate in work that they are competent and qualified to do so.
  • Assist with the creation, preparation, and control of training-related correspondence, documents, materials, and reports.
