About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager position within the Cop Rice Ag Retail team is a key role that drives sales, builds strong relationships, and creates new business opportunities across the entire Cop Rice packaged product range in Western Victoria and South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencing relationships with key accounts in Western Victoria and South Australia.
  • Managing sales volumes, value, and margins for packaged products in Western Victoria and South Australia.
  • Delivering Cop Rice budgeted profit and sales targets for the allocated region.
  • Creating sustainable new business opportunities to deliver budgeted profit and sales targets.
  • Working to meet or exceed goals, ensuring delivery with efficiency and effectiveness.

This role requires travel, which may involve day trips or overnight stays, depending on your location.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual with a minimum of five years' territory management experience, preferably in the agriculture/pet industry.

You will have experience developing and executing long-term strategies that have ongoing mutual benefits.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, decisive in your problem-solving approach, and have strong organisational and planning skills.

You will be a natural influencer, able to engage and make a difference, and be collaborative in your approach, driven, and results-oriented.
