About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Customer Support Sales Manager to join our team in Ballarat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring Customer Support Advisors (CSAs) to meet annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth.
  • Educate CSAs on promoting Brandt's product support initiatives and empowering them to make a real impact in meeting customer needs.
  • Manage CSA processes, including call reporting and target setting, to optimize sales performance.
  • Assist CSAs with key customer calls and accounts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze regional coverage and engage with larger accounts to promote Brandt's offerings and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights on industry trends and identify new product opportunities to collaborate with internal teams.
  • Gather market intelligence on competition and customer trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales performance.

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong expertise in the heavy equipment industry, particularly in repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a competitive drive to succeed.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer needs and engage with internal teams.
