Job Title: Senior Sales Strategist

Braze is seeking an accomplished senior sales strategist to spearhead our ANZ region sales efforts.

This role will be pivotal in driving new business sales and overseeing existing customer relationships within the ANZ region, further enhancing our presence and investment in the area.

As a senior sales strategist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing a strategic customer acquisition plan that aligns with our overall business objectives, focusing on penetrating large enterprises.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the ANZ region.
  • Manage a team of account executives across Enterprise, Commercial, and SMB teams.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to establish accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Contribute to the future expansion of Braze in APAC markets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a technologically complex product environment.
  • At least 8 years of experience managing a team of sales leaders (as a second-line manager), preferably in the marketing technology industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the ANZ region with at least 10 years of being physically present in the region.
  • Strategic perspective on where to invest within the ANZ region and how, as well as a demonstrated ability to launch and successfully grow in developing markets.
  • A strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing enterprise sales organizations.
