About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and programs that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI and deliver results.
Leadership Expectations:
  • Serve as a marketing thought leader, driving strategic planning and execution across multiple product platforms.
  • Lead high-performing teams in planning, organizing, and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strategic input in achieving annual revenue and gross profit targets.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a marketing strategist in the medical device/healthcare industry or consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of both Sales & Marketing principles.
  • Prior marketing experience within ANZ markets is highly desirable.
  • Experience creating and executing growth plans essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent presentation skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.
