You'll work directly with C-suite clients, drive growth strategies across Rev Ops and marketing, and step into strategic team leadership over time.

What you'll be doing: Partnering with B2 B clients to deliver integrated revenue strategies aligned with their business goals Working hands-on across marketing and sales tech – with Hub Spot at the core, and exposure to Salesforce or Marketo Overseeing campaign execution quality, tracking performance metrics, and providing C-suite-ready insights and reporting Leading on strategic deliverables like revenue forecasts, customer retention strategies, and board presentations Collaborating with a tight-knit strategy and Rev Ops team, with a view to taking leadership of the team in the next 12–24 months Contributing to the agency's evolving AI and automation strategy, working closely with the Head of Strategy Experience required: Proven experience in a senior strategy, Rev Ops or growth marketing role – ideally in an agency environment Deep hands-on knowledge of Hub Spot (certified preferred), and strong exposure to sales/marketing CRM tools Strong stakeholder management – you're confident presenting to C-suite and navigating client complexity Demonstrated commercial mindset – forecasting, pipeline strategy, and data-backed decision making About the company: This Australian agency blends strategic thinking with deep Rev Ops expertise, working with B2 B clients across tech, Saa S, and services.
