Disaster Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our disaster recovery team. As a Disaster Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our members with their property insurance claims, particularly in the early stages of lodgement and assessment.

This is an end-to-end case management role, ensuring claims are handled efficiently during this critical period.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Review and assess incoming insurance claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Identify and escalate potential fraudulent claims
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes

To be successful in this role, you will require strong customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment. Previous claims experience is highly regarded but not essential. You will also need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as high attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

We welcome applications from retail and hospitality professionals with strong face-to-face customer service skills who are looking to transition into an office-based role.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team, providing support to our members during their time of need. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.

This role offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our members, and we look forward to receiving your application.
