Job Overview

The Quality Specialist plays a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable populations and enhancing care standards across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead thorough investigations into serious incidents, complaints, and allegations with precision, empathy, and procedural fairness.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies such as the NDIS Commission, Child Protection, Ombudsman, and WorkSafe.
  • Deliver clear, trauma-informed reports and outcome letters that inform corrective action.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and embedding best practices across services.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or equivalent qualification (desired)
  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, disability, child protection, or related fields.
  • Experience in investigations within OOHC, disability, or health sectors.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, quality, and professional growth.
