About the Role:

As an experienced and skilled Care Support professional, you will be responsible for advocating and caring for our clients in various settings within the community.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely arrivals to appointments
  • Support clients in achieving their daily living tasks
  • Deliver high-quality services in a home environment
  • Implement personalized interventions based on care plans
  • Document client information using cloud-based software
  • Provide medication assistance as needed
  • Prepare and serve meals

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Health Services Assistance
  • Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check
  • Current NDIS Worker screening check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Evidence of current flu vaccination
  • Evidence of 3 x Covid vaccinations
  • Experience working within facilities and/or community environments
  • Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia
  • Excellent communication skills
