Job Description

As a Lean Manufacturing Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving significant improvements across cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction by leading and supporting cross-functional business improvement projects.

About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering tangible results through continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with operational teams to lead and support improvement projects, embed lean methodologies, and foster a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business improvement projects to deliver performance outcomes in cost, quality, and safety.
  • Mentor team members in lean principles and process mapping.
  • Coach operations staff to embed sustainable improvement practices.
  • Partner with Operations Managers to identify opportunities and develop project plans.
  • Facilitate workshops to elevate operational excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • You should have trade qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • You should have Lean Manufacturing qualifications and practical understanding of Lean methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading business improvement initiatives in an industrial environment.
