Lean Manufacturing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable improvements across cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and lead cross-functional teams to embed lean methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and implement process improvement projects that achieve tangible results and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain open communication channels with operational teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to optimize business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, operations management).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
