As the Continuous Improvement & Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for performing business process analysis and capturing requirements for the identification, scoping and delivery of initiatives that will enhance the arhi member experience, deliver on commercial objectives, improve operating efficiency and reduce operating costs across the arhi business.
To achieve this, you will work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders across the arhi division and the broader nib Group to:
- Deliver and maintain accurate high-quality process artefacts;- Enable continuous improvement in operations through projects and initiatives; and- Confirm solution designs will deliver the expected business benefits to the arhi business and uplift the member experience.
Leveraging expertise in business analysis, process mapping, process redesign, industry and business acumen, as well as an understanding in continuous improvement methodology, this role provides guidance and support to the Continuous Improvement & Delivery team.

You're able to build and engage in meaningful relationships at all business levels, influencing and working collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes.
Furthermore you have:
- Strong change management skills- Commercially minded, experience preparing business cases and strong financial skills- High attention to detail with proven developed analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities- Understanding of process & data analysis and data interpretation- Excellent communication & presentation skills both verbal and written, and enjoy being a contributor in a team environment as well as being able to work under own initiative- Ability to travel to other nib offices, as required for stakeholder engagement and project activities
