
Strategic Customer Growth Manager

This role drives customer growth, adoption, and retention through a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily performance of the Customer Success and Training teams to achieve KPIs and strategic goals.
- Review and optimize business processes for enhanced customer outcomes and employee experience.
- Motivate and coach a high-performing team to deliver against customer success metrics.
- Plan and oversee feature rollouts to maximize customer value.
- Ensure internal training and readiness across the team.
- Drive strategies to increase customer utilization of our platform.
- Manage the Corporate partner program, including identifying and qualifying new partner opportunities, coordinating events and initiatives, and representing the business at partner activities.
- Collaborate with product, support, marketing, and sales teams to share customer insights and influence business strategy.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve the customer journey and inform initiatives.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings.
- Support individual team members with tailored development and training plans.
- Build a culture of accountability and high achievement.
