Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a portfolio plan to maximize commercial growth and customer engagement
  • Manage execution of business plans with select partners and customers
  • Design and implement processes to ensure smooth transition of new partnership opportunities
  • Enhance and improve the relationship management function to drive success for the business and clients
  • Triage customer issues and cases, and work closely with internal teams to resolve them
