Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Customer Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving partnership at each level through Joint Business Planning, Range Reviews, and Promo Strategy.

You will have full P&L responsibility for your customer, with the strategic goal of growing the business and enhancing partnership through effective commercial negotiations and relationship building.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about driving business growth and development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint business plans that drive sales growth and improve market share.

In addition to driving business growth, you will also be responsible for owning your customer P&L, leading the customer forecast, and participating in the annual country budget planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that drive sales growth and improve market share.
  • Owning your customer P&L, including developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Leading the customer forecast, leveraging customer systems and market performance data to maintain demand plans with high accuracy.
  • Participating in the annual country budget planning process, defining volumes and customer P&L objectives, reviewing innovation and promotion plans, and defining investments in line with category guidelines.
  • Buiding an effective network of relationships, developing and maintaining strong, strategic, and collaborative relationships at multiple levels within your customer.
Requirements
  • Experience working within FMCG/Consumer Goods.
  • Category experience or experience working for data sources (IRI/Circana, Nielsen, Quantium) is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a flexible hybrid role with international and local growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at multiple levels within the customer organization.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
