About the Role

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position located in Northlakes. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic initiatives and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase market share.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with community organizations, advocacy groups, and stakeholders to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Outreach Efforts: Engage with potential clients, families, and caregivers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Industry Representation: Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to showcase our offerings and build strategic partnerships.
About You:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or community engagement roles within the healthcare or social services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS landscape and familiarity with disability support services, aged care, and in-home care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business outcomes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
