We are seeking a Change Catalyst to drive transformation across ecosystems, leveraging project management expertise and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate change management efforts, ensuring seamless adoption of new initiatives and identifying areas of resistance.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of change, including impact assessments and reporting across programs and initiatives.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or change management.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience navigating complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
