Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Change Management Professional to support our organization's change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in change management, preferably leading or supporting change workstreams. They will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure progress and impact using data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Glint, Tableau, and SharePoint.

A solid understanding of HR processes and systems is also essential. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and will have excellent presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts
  • Analyse data to measure progress and impact
  • Recommend effective solutions to risks and challenges
