We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a key member, representing our friendly and professional service philosophy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with our leading hotel group worldwide. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Welcome and seat guests according to Novotel standards.
  • Explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences.
  • Use the POS system to place orders efficiently.
  • Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and practicing good WHS practices.

Your Qualifications:

  • Able to ask questions and listen intently to gather information to solve problems.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor that represents our brand well.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage desirable.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Holding a valid RSA is essential.
